In one of my ministry related classes at Lubbock Christian University we had to read this book titled Generation to Generation by Edwin Friedman who died at an early age. At his death he was almost finished with Faliure of Nerve: Leadership in the Age of Quick Fix. I would highly recommend both of these books. I have applied the principles out of Failure of Nerve since finishing the book in late 2009. Not sure what it means to be a differentiated leader, well possibly the quickest why to define it would be; "grow up and make decisions and don't let other peoples baggage become apart of you or how you make decisions."
