Anytime Facebook changes (which is every other week) I am amazed by the amount of people who seem to get upset the interface changing. Facebook does not make a change just because they think it is good idea. Facebook makes changes because they know what direction they are going and they are capitalizing on the users experience and tapping into possibilities to create revenue and make the Facebook experience more enjoyable for their users.
In 24 hours three common sites I visit changed their user interface; Gmail, GooReader, and Zip Realty. I have to adjust to the new changes, but I enjoy seeing new changes happen and I embrace the change.
Here are 3 reasons I embrace change:
- Trust those leading the change.
- Open to new possibilities that will occur because of the change.
- Life goes on whether you agree with the change or not, so you might as well embrace the change.
Look at change as a possibility for you to grow because it really may not be all that bad.
