The Source for Desires

You know the crazy thing about desires and wants is that we have the power to control how much we want and or what we may desire. The input is simple and Jesus refers to it in the Sermon on the Mount, as the gateway to our soul (Matthew 6:22-23). The power of our eyes and what we look at determines many aspects of our life. Consider today what your eyes are inputing. How does what you input (look at) today affect who you become tomorrow? Simple concept, but we have been robbed to think otherwise by the power of marketing. May our hearts and eyes be turned towards the Kingdom of God and His desires today.
