Honest Struggle

I started blogging in May of 2005 when I took the job at Bright Angel.

I wanted to share our journey from moving to Texas to Sin City. Slowly blogging transformed into a hobby or pastime for several months as I shared our journey here in Grace City.

In May or June of 2006 I officially left the blogosphere to focus on my graduate program. However, I used this as an excuse to leave my blog and delete my url at the time. The reality was that I did not know myself enough to be able to handle criticism I received.

My honest struggle is moving beyond being accepted by others and one's understanding of what I may blog about and standing my personal ground and conviction on topics or personal issues I may blog about.
