The street is dotted with black plastic trash cans on wheels with accents of red, white, and blue containers for recycling.
Monday's and Thursday's is trash day.
Every other Monday is recycling day.
Is there anything of value in the trash cans?
Value is dependent on one's perspective.
What is of value in me today?
I should be considered as rubbish, not worth even the recycling bin.
I thank God that I have been bought with a price and have the indwelling Holy Spirit that allows me to filled with value.
My soul leaps for joy knowing I Cor 6:19-20 and my thoughts run to how I will honor you today.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."
