Why is our grass dead?

Just figured it out this morning...

Normally, Cooper (our chocolate lab) does a good job killing our grass when he urinates. (Urinates...who says that?) So when our yard started turning brown recently I thought it was Cooper.

Nope.

I realized today when the instructions tell you to use different sprayers for concentrated bug killer and weed killer there may be a reason.

About a month ago I killed the weeds around the house.

Used the same sprayer to kill the bugs and thought spraying it on the yard would help our ant problem. Nope. It just gave me a dead grass problem.

There are lessons to be learned why you should not mix certain elements in the same container. This is lesson number one, it might just kill your grass.
