My Wife is Cool

The other day Jessica and I spent some time at one of my favorite stores, REI. This was an amazing bonding experience for a male. We were there at the store for at least an hour if not more. We were trying on backpacks for our trip to Europe this summer. Jessica posted on her blog how she finds things at REI that makes her want to be more granola or outdoorsy (as long as it is cute). I do not expect us to turn into crazy tree huggers but it is fun to hang out with your best friend at an camping, cycling, hiking, and more store for an evening. If you are looking for a fun date night, go to REI and pretend you are looking for a pack to go hiking and they will load it up and you can easily entertain yourself for hours walking around the store. (Oh yea, you can even pretend like you are camping and crawl in the tent.)
