Are you building a team?

If you were to look at an engaging leader versus a directive leader one would immediately see that the directive leader does not have a team.

An engaging leader is involved with all levels of the organization by listening, questioning, motivating, and encouraging them further to keep focused on the shared purpose and values.

What organization would you rather be involved in, a directive one or engaged one?
