Do you ever have a day where nothing is really wrong, but you seem to be going through the motions.
Today was one of those days.
Today I have been feeling fairly "blah." My body is aching and I am sore for some crazy reason.
I really wanted to come home and sleep my poor attitude off, but instead opted for working out.
Jessica and I have been consistently working out since October and I promise that working out consistently will help you generate life into your body.
If you are depressed, workout.
If you have anxiety, workout.
If you are overweight, workout.
Working out is a discipline I think we all need to add into our everyday life.
Hey, I've been sore and aching too. I hope you're not getting sick. I was in bed last night at 8pm with Chills, aching..ugghh!! Cason woke up sick in the middle of the night. Hope you guys stayed away from the sickness!
