A few years ago when I was working at North Point, we had a church visit and one of the youth pastors asked if he could ask some students some questions. He asked a random group of students about why they kept coming to NP. They all gave him the same answer… they came every week because of their small group. It was incredible to have random students acknowledge what we all know is true- relationships are the anchor.Small groups and relationships are more difficult to lead versus simply getting up each week and teaching a lesson. The effort and intentional steps to build small groups is worth every effort.

Relational Youth Ministry
The following quote comes off a website I stumbled upon today and this echos what I truly believe and have been experiencing here at High Pointe over the last several months.
