The Four Horsemen

In Revelation there is a passage dealing with the Apocalypse or the return of Christ and there is vivid imagery of "The Four Horsemen." Revelation is beyond my comprehension and thus if you would like to read more about this topic go to Google.

John Gottman talks about the Four Horsemen in a marriage that could possibly be signals of the end of one's marriage. The first horsemen is Criticism, second is Contempt, third is Defensiveness, and fourth is Stonewalling. Instead of focusing in on any of the four let's continue to move forward in the book to learn how to build a healthy friendship and marriage.
